Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless The Stewart Real Estate Team and its members, agents, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit.
Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Site or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement with you, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
